These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of foodiemanager.com and the FoodieManager application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
FoodieManager helps meal-prep businesses plan production, cost recipes, generate shopping lists, and manage weekly kitchen operations. Calculations (food costs, margins, quantities) are provided to assist your operation and depend on the data you enter; you are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the Service. You must be authorized to act for the organization you create or join.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
- New organizations start with a 14-day free trial; no charge occurs until you choose a plan.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing page; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other organizations' data, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data beforehand.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
